'They say Woody Allen got something from
the Marx Brothers. He didn't. He is an original. The best.
The funniest."- Groucho Marx.
He was the one true heir to the Marx
Brothers with stellar films, like 1971's "Bananas"
and "Sleeper" (1973). And in 1977, his Oscar-worthy
performance, in "Annie Hall", is still one of
the most hilarious, in a movie he also wrote and won an
oscar for. He is undoubtedly a key star of his time. Films
like 1983's "Zelig" and 1986's "Hannah
and Her Sisters", inevitably attest to the fact.
