Steve Martin - the comic
Steve Martin was immensely
popular in the 1970's. He was the guest host on SATURDAY
NIGHT LIVE for 25 times. Also was a popular replecement
host on THE TONIGHT SHOW.
His first film, which he wrote,
was the silly comedy, THE
JERK which is his defining role. Steve Martin received
kudos for his comedic acting talent and some awards for
his role in the clever comedy, ALL
OF ME.
