Tuesday Weld was born on August 27, 1943 in New York, New
York.
Choosing not to use her birth name of Susan Ker Weld, instead
she goes by Tuesday Weld.
Starting her career young, Tuesday Weld became a successful
child model, posing for advertisements and mail order catalogs.
In 1956 Tuesday Weld debuted in the low-budget movie ROCK,
ROCK, ROCK.
At nine years old, Tuesday Weld suffered a nervous breakdown,
at ten she started heavy drinking. One year later, Tuesday
began to have love affairs, and at the age of twelve she tried
to commit suicide. The pressure and the stress of being a child
star had broke her so every one thought.
In 1977 Tuesday Weld returned to the spotlight playing Diane
Keaton's sister in LOOKING FOR MR. GOODBAR, for her role she
received a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination. Featured
