Scott Speedman was born on September 1, 1975
in London, England.
An Olympic athlete was Scott Speedman goal
to follow in his mothers footsteps. A great swimmer Speedman
was on his way holding records for distance freestyle, then
an accident put that career path on hold forever so he moved
on to acting.
In the hit TV series FELICITY Scott Speedman
played Ben Covington, this was one of his best and intorductory
roles. Speedman started the part when the series started
and stayed with the role until the series ended in 2002.
Scott Speedman has had only two TV guest appearances
so far, in 1995 he was on an episode of KUNG FU: THE LEGEND
CONTINUES then in 1996 he was on GOOSEBUMPS.
It was the break Scott Speedman needed in
2003 his movie career took off playing Michael Corvin in
UNDERWORLD starring Kate Beckinsale and Bill Nighy. In 2006
he was cast for the sequel UNDERWORLD: EVOLUTION.
While his career was in the start up stages
Scott Speedman played Ned Nickerson on the TV series NANCY
DREW.
