Best known for his roles in James Cameron's science fiction action films The Terminator (1984), Aliens (1986), and The Abyss (1989), Michael Connell Biehn was born on July 31, 1956. Michael was born in Anniston, Alabama, grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska, and at age 14 moved with his family to Lake Havasu, Arizona. Michael won a drama scholarship to the University of Arizona but did not complete his degree, leaving after two years to pursue an acting career in Hollywood.
Michael's film debut was a psychotic fan stalking Lauren Bacall in The Fan (1981) and later appeared in The Lords of Discipline (1983). He was catapulted to stardom when he was cast as Kyle Reese, the man sent back through time to stop Arnold Schwarzenegger in James Cameron's The Terminator (1984). That was followed with Aliens (1986) and The Abyss (1989), Navy Seals (1990), K2 (1991), Tombstone (1993).
Michael also played Officer Randall Buttman on the Emmy-Award winning television series, Hill Street Blues, the CBS series The Magnificent Seven (1998-2000), the Tribune Entertainment syndicated TV series Adventure, Inc.(2002-2003), and the NBC TV series Hawaii (2004).
