Helen Slater was Born on December 15,1963 in
Massapequa, Long Island, New York.
Born in New York, Helen got into acting at an
early age.
In AMY AND THE ANGEL (her first film), Helen
Slater got to work along side James Earl Jones.
On Broadway, Helen starred in "Responsible Parties"
and "Almost Romance."
Slater also became a spokeswoman for Preference
by L'oreal in both TV and print ads.
Helen Slater wrote a musical called "Ugly Duckling."
Helen is an accomplished pianist and now has
an album out called "One of These Days."
Later she was the lead in SUPERGIRL, but it
wasn’t until RUTHLESS
PEOPLE and SECRET
OF MY SUCCE$S that Slater became widely known.
