Geena Davis was born Virginia Elizabeth Davis in Wareham,
Massachusetts.
Geena Davis majored in drama at Boston University.
While she didn't get signed by a modeling agency until
the age of 23, her work in a Victoria Secret's catalog
caught the attention of producer Sydney Pollack, who
cast her in TOOTSIE (1982).
Geena has been married four times, her second husband
being actor Jeff Goldblum and her third husband was director Renny Harlin. Davis is now married to Dr.
Reza Jarrahy and they have three children.
Geena Davis has an IQ of 140 and is a member of MENSA.
In 1991 Geena Davis was nominated for Best Actress
for her role in: THELMA & LOUISE.
