Donald Meek was born on July 14, 1878 in Glasgow, Scotland.

On November 18, 1946 in Los Angeles, California, Donald Meek died of Luekemia,

He was an actor in the 1920's, 1930's and 1940's.  Before coming to the United States, Donald Meek acted in over 800 roles on the British and Australian Stage.  At age eight Donald starred with Sir Henry Irving.

Meek came to United States in 1912 and appeared at the Castle Square Theatre in Boston the same year.

Belle Walken married Donald Meek in 1909.

Donald Meek made his New York Debut in 1917 in GOING UP.

In the United States as a young man, Donald Meek, founght in the Spanish-American War.  He contracted yellow fever and as a result lost his hair at a very young age.
