played their real life roles of mother and daughter in three
movies, CARRIED AWAY, CARRIE and HONEYSUCKLE ROSE.
In 1987 Amy Irving was in the movie RUMPELSTILTSKIN with
her mother Priscilla Pointer, David Irving, Amy's brother
was the director.
Amy Irving has been married twice since 1985 she was married
to Steven Spielberg until 1989 they had one child. Then in
1996 she married Bruno Barreto they also divorced in 2005
and they also have one child.

CARRIE she played Sue Snell in 1976 then again in 1999 the
sequal THE RAGE; CARRIE 2. The scene in mention is when Irving
is trying to get into the party and she is banging on the
door, in the original she is trying to get into the gym for
the unforgettable prom scene.
A dancer, as well as an unforgettable actress with a long line of unforgettable
roles, Amy Irving also provided the singing voice to the sexy
Jessica Rabbit in WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT, her voice is also
heard in HONEYSUCKLE ROSE, RUMPELSTILTSKIN, and AN AMERICAN
TAIL: FEIVEL GOES WEST.
In 2002 Amy Irving had a chance to work with Sissy Spacek
again in TUCK EVERLASTING, Irving originally worked with Spacek
