Julie Fiona Roberts was born
on October 28th,1967, in Smyrna, Georgia. As a child she
loved animals and wanted to be a vet. Her father died of
cancer when she was 10 years old. She played the clarinet
in the band. Julia Roberts attended Griffin Middle School
and then Campbell High School. She studied Journalism in
College, but decided to try her hand in acting in the late
'80's when Julia Roberts's brother Eric found some success
in this field.
Julia Roberts found great success
in Romantic comedies, such as "Pretty
Woman," "My Best Friend's Wedding," "Notting
Hill," and "Runaway Bride." In "Ocean's
Eleven," she once again does well as the ex-wife,
Tess, of Daniel Ocean (George Clooney), whom Daniel still
loves and is determined to win back, inbetween stealing
money from a nasty casino owner, with the helpof his friends.
